    Strength Protocol Day 15 - Cross Squats

    The image on the Day 15 doesn't really show what the Cross Squats are supposed to be. The only Exercise Video I could find is Cross Squat Step but that doesn't look like it matches up to the picture. Is this do a cross and then squat down, like a deep slip avoiding a punch? Thanks,

    Hello phildkarate, and welcome to the Hive!

    This exercise is actually pretty much like a lunge, except you don't take a step forward (or backward), and just get down as low as possible with one knee on the floor before standing back up.

    It's called "cross squats" because you get to cross your legs (kind of), but it doesn't involve punching.
