    starting to workout

    hey everyone!
    I want to start getting in shape and workout and found this great resource so I thought to ask you!
    I have about 20 min in the morning that I want to work out at that time and id like a program or something that I don't need to think about choosing such workouts.
    could you help with a suggestion for program or a couple of workouts for the "assassin" training plan?

    Hi yuvyuv and welcome to The Hive. It would be a lot easier to help you, if we knew something about you, e.g. where do you stand at the fitness test. There even is a page that helps you find a program so you can do some research yourself. Have a look at the preview, so you can see if the level is ok for you.

      For the time you have available and the type of training you want to do, take a look at these two programs:
      30 Days of HIIT
      Combat HIIT

      The 30-day programs are comfortable, you follow them and you don't have to think about anything as Andi64 said take a look at the page of the list of programs to get an idea of ​​the choices you have available and welcome
