    Good morning kandy,
    For elbow to torso, stand as the image shows but leave enough space between your arm and your torso to hold a copy of War and Peace. Then, move the arm behind your torso in so that your hand in the fromt can reach the elbow that is moving.
    Elbows in is a bit easier... pretend that you are flapping your wings.

      Bozkurt Thank you! That's clear.

      For "elbow to torso" your hand doesn't have to do the touching, as long as the other arm moves to the said position, right?
