    rest between sets

    Does rest between sets really make a difference in results?, if I feel recovered and ready to go again do I really have to do the full rest?

      Short answer: No you don't have to take the full 2mins. If you feel fit enough and you are able to do the following set without problems, you are good and it is one way to increase the difficulty in general. A lot of bees do this. In my opinion there are some exceptions:

      - Strength Workouts especially with dumbbells
      - Exercises to failure

      It's better to take the full rest time to get better results.
