    Strength Protocol Program

    In the strength protocol program are the sets done as a circuit or do you do the required sets before moving on to the next exercise?

    It looks like you would do each exercise one at a time: 3 sets of push ups followed by 3 sets of diamond push ups, etc. Good luck and may the gains be with you.
