Do you mean splitting exercises or splitting the programs?

if it’s the latter, it’s because I want to add something new and keep doing what I like.

Musical gym Yes I mean the latter. I understand how you want to do both, and I don't really have much advices. But I think at least you can do Glutes of Steel every day.
Personally I stick with one program and pick a challenge for other sides. For example I might do Ironborn and then a Cardio or HIIT challenge.

Your comment is advice, so thank you I understand what you mean. I want to focus on many aspects at the same time. I could do a 30 day program with a challenge and then pick a different program once done. However, I don’t want to feel bored after a while. I have a feeling that splitting programs/workouts/challenges would keep me motivated, especially that I’ll have a day off doing stretching.

When I split things like that, even for just a couple times when I was busy so that I couldn't make that day of training, after a while I feel lost. It's not really an intentional split but I can imagine myself getting grumpy if I do it in your way. But yeah I guess everyone is different.

That makes sense. What if I skip one day or two for some reasons? I'd ruin everything

Thank you for opening my eyes up. I will give it another thought

After all I heard, I would recommend one of the HIIT programs. It targets strength and "cardio". But I haven't done one myself, so it is just theoretical...

If you go as hard as possible for you, you are good, even if that means less sets or modified exercises...

Thank you my friend, I will study HIIT thoroughly tonight. First day seems difficult but then things calm down a bit
