    "Hold each pose 20 seconds then move on to the next one.
    Repeat the sequence again on the other side."
    So no set right?

    But the EC:
    "Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets. "

    Not sure, it's only a suggestion, but could be the rest time if you so it more than once?

    The times I did it, it was without rest, only once per side, as described.
