    Milk during non eating

I follow "modern hero" meal plan and I was wondering: during the 4 hour non eating window, is milk allowed? Because of lactose intolerance, I drink it lactose free (no-sugar) so I am thinking it won't mess with my glucose levels... I really like it and since I cannot incorporate it into other meals, I will be really happy from a positive response..! Thanks

In general, a non-eating window is a period in which one does'not intake calories. Thus if you want to follow such a diet, you have not to assume food or drink that provide you calories.

Agree with thepresident - if you're fasting, you're fasting.

So the real question is: how closely do you want to follow the plan?

Baston I know it is annoying but I am going to answer with another question: what is the purpose of the fasting window? This program really suits my routine, but I don't need to lose weight, but to gain a few pounds... If it serves an other purpose, please let me know...

Not sure. I've never done any of the meal plans. If you want to follow it, I would follow. If you're more comfortable modifying it to better suit your life, modify it. Nothing here is set in stone, it's all about what works best for you as the individual.
