90 Days Of Action Day 4

On 90 Days of Action program Day 4...I am wondering about exercise "20 Count Arm Hold". I it an isometric pushing the arms together or pulling them apart? Or is it simply holding the arms out in front of your body for 20 seconds?

Simply holding arms out to your sides for a 20 count. Make a "T" and hold it...

Well, Day four was more difficult than I thought...It starts out nice and easy until I got to the last couple of circuits...Nice burn. I had shoulder reconstructive surgeries on both shoulders over the last couple of years and these exercises are awesome for gaining mobility, endurance and strength in the shoulders.

I don't know if I did this correctly. It states repetitions and not seconds, so I did all these in a dynamic way and not static holds.

I have to say the toughest part for me about DAREBEE workout programs is that some days my energy level is down and it calls for a kick ass workouts, other days I am ready to kick ass and the workout is a lower level "rest day" workout. So I am used to gearing my workouts to my energy levels and with programs like 90 DAYS OF ACTION I find that I can't always bring it hard on the low energy days and feel unfulfilled on the days where my energy is high and it calls for a rest workout.
