Need help with : being quite a lot more flexible on my shoulders

This is what I want to do :
    (beware of music )

So I've been working on this for the past few days. What I think will help a lot, is shoulder flexibility, so far that I could nearly touch my hands when they're straight at my upper diagonal.
I'm looking for : any shoulder exercises that you think might be extremely useful for this stretch, any advices, any help at all really.

Dinomaniak Not exactly sure where it is that you are coming from fitness wise, but I would say anything that was using a high plank would probably be useful. More so because there is probably a lot of core work in breakdancing that is not as evident from watching them flow.

      CaptainCanuck thanks for the input.
"using a high plank" - are you referring to the plank exercises, or using a plank to help stretch the arms behind ?

Plank exercises ... plank rotations look like they might be effective

One thing that really helped me was doing shoulder mobility work with a pvc pipe. You can google it (I would post some links but I'm at work and can't) and get a ton of different stretches. I really like using the pipe because it can be scaled to fit you better and get harder as you progress.

Dinomaniak for shoulder mobility you need to look at our shoulder stretch workouts. The rest of the requirements for that kind of performance are shoulder strength, upper back strength, core strength and balance. I hope this helps.

I use two yoga exercises to stetch my shoulders after working long hours on a computer and I find them VERY effective:

For this one you do it slowly, 3-4 times at a confortable strap length then adjust a bit and do it a gain 3-4 times. Stay a bit in the back where you can feel it stretching the most

For this one you can find tutorial on youtube on how to get to this pose, then hold it for 3 minutes on ech side, and roll back slowly and gently to avoid any injury.
