    Doing 2 - 3 days on a program?

    Hey so in the new year I am hoping to start Spartan Trials and Back & core but I only want to do them 2 - 3 times a week, is that OK or do I have to do the whole 30 days straight in order to get the badge?

    You claim the badge, when you think you earned it. There is no rule, only honesty...

      What HellYeah said. There is no rule to when to claim the Badge.

      However, we strongly suggest doing the programs on consecutive days. Off days are absolutely allowed if you feel like it, but should be kept to a minimum. Programs are planed out and tested meticulously to work as intended if they are done consecutively. Every day of a program factors in the day before and after to get the best results. Do you HAVE to do it like this? Absolutely not, but you won't get the same results either.

      Just something to keep in mind.

        Yeah it's more about how you feel about your work. I would say at least complete the program in order to claim the badge.

        Personally if I really feel like I don't deserve the badge, I won't feel good after claiming it. If I feel like I do, then I will click that button even though I might not have 100% completed everything. Just don't get too far different.
