    Help!!

    Hello!
    I was doing a darebee workout and part of it was 60 punches in the air, midway I started to feel an impression on my elbow and stopped, one week later my elbow hurt in certain positions. Do you think it was because it extended completely? Anyone who knows? Help!!!!!

    Hi Bruno Pinto , You should rest Your elbow till the pain is gone. Hurting joints are a serious matter. When punching, hyperextension of the elbow should be totally avoided, the power of the punch comes from rotating the shoulders, not from snapping the elbow. If possible, look for a local boxing club and get some beginners lessons, its really worth it. They show You the right techinique, its a lot of fun and You learn to know some interesting people.

        Nope, not a doctor. But if You still have problems after more than a week You should see one and do not forget this.
