    When to do challenges?

    Q:
    *Should I do my Push-Ups Challenge before or after my workout,I feel that I have lower quality when doing it after the workout but I also feel if I did it before workout that it would effect my workout quality.

    *Should the Push-Ups in this challenge be Triceps push-ups or Chest push-ups?

    I'd always suggest to put your focus on your main workout. Challenges should only be the cherry on top to spice things up, not your main training.

    So I'd recommend doing your workout first at the highest intensity possible and then tackle the challenges.
