In light of their indefinite removal from the site, I just had the idea of starting a thread where we crowdsourced methods of keeping track of our progress with DDs, workouts, challenges, and programs. So consider this a masterpost of sorts! 
Feel free to comment on this post if you have something to offer other Bees' - and I'll add credit with appropriate links to access the tools. A variety of means will probably help the most people out.
