    From Foundation to...now what?

So...I guess here I go again.

First a confession: I don't have a clue how to design a workout plan because the videos I've seen on the topic on YouTube don't work examples out so I can follow along, making them basically impossible to follow for the way that my brain is wired.

I recently finally claimed the Foundation tile, but it's been rough...that program took close three months for me to clear and probably close to ten restarts with my lovely problems, including several eating disorder relapses. There's also the lingering hurt of not being able to run anymore, and since that was what I loved the most and nothing can compare, other goals have proven elusive to define. I feel like I'm throwing at a dartboard.

This isn't much info for bees to work with because I don't really know what else I can say, so perhaps the question I want to ask is what have people who have done the Foundation program done from there?

I did 30 Days of Cardio Blast after Foundation
Cardio Go! is also another Level II program that I have done.

There are different options, in base where you want go or how you feel.
Are you ready to jump into a bit more demanding program?
If not, do again "Foundation", shorting rest times and looking for the higer level you could each day.
      Answered you "yes"?
I agre with CODawn , but I would chose firstly "Cardio Go!" and "Cardio Blast" as alternative (I find it a step up than C&Go)
Opening the posibilities, I think you can try "Athena’s Playbook", "30d of Yoga" even "Ironborn", why not?

I am not sure what do you mean by "not being able to run," but I would suggest the Totals program. It's probably next to Foundation in terms of difficulties, since you can spread the reps throughout the day. You can also pair it with Back and Core or 30 days of Yoga.

I just finished Foundation today, and Totals would be my next one given my knee condition, but also with a bunch of challenges.

If you are more confident I would suggest 90 days of action or even Athena's Playbook. 30 day of Cardio Blast is good but I feel like it's not as easy as it sounds, especially for certain people. It's pretty specific for building your cardio and for running faster, from my experience.

kandy I found 90 Days of Action harder than Athena's Playbook...but I did 90 Days first (and a couple of times).

CODawn Yeah maybe you are right. 90 days of Action was the very first program I did, but I was probably pretty fit for the task back then. I even did 3 challenges along with it. The last 10 days were really tough for me. I did Athena's a couple months later if I remembered it right, and it didn't feel particularly hard or easy. I forgot what happened between the two programs, though.

I think it's something pretty fantastic when you have completed 90 Days of Action a couple times. My plan is to do that one after Totals. It will be my 2nd time if I do it.

kandy The first time I did it, I wasn't in great shape (but much better after I finished, LOL). The second time, I was redoing programs (and I did Foundation for the first time) after recovering an injury, which wasn't caused by exercise but required time off). That time I went all out at Level III (lots of swearing involved, LOL).

I did <Totals> too. I plan to do it with an add on to Cardio GO! during the SC playoffs when I dedicate my nights and weekends to watching hockey and I workouts I can do in front of the TV.

To be honest, I found Cardio Blast to be pretty hard, especially for a Level 2 program. I tried it at the beginning, after doing Foundation Light and Foundation, and failed miserably. Now, after completing more programs (even two of Level 3) I still thought it was very difficult. No idea if I would do it when for some reason or another I can't run.
So, I'm voting for Totals and maybe Back and Core or 30 Days of Yoga on top, basically adding my voice to what kandy already proposed.
