    I'm going to be starting this program and wanted to know if it was intended that these exercises be done on most days throughout the week? What would be the ideal way to approach this program? 5 or 6 days a week?

    I believe all the programs are written to be done in 30 straight days without breaks. I think you would do fine with either 5 or 6 days a week depending on your needs.

      Yes, the programs are designed to be done every day of the week, without "real" passive rest days. There's nothing to stop you from tailoring the programs to your needs, however, like Azercord already said.

          I'm following that same program, and I'm training all the days I don't have long turns at work, so 5-6 days a week (if the long turn falls in a day with a short workout, I do it anyway)
