    What next?

I have successfully finished the 90 days of action. Now, I'm looking for the next challenge, and this is where i need you help. I don't know what to do next. I would like to focus on strength, mostly upper-body. Don't really like the cardio exercises like high-knees or jumping jacks. Besides strength, i would take into consideration abs exercises as well as stretching ones. I want to see your recommendations. It can be a single program or a combination of two programs. Also challenges, workouts, tips. Anything.

If you have access to dumbbells then I recommend Ironborn.

      ncode, hi there..

In that case I would suggest to go with 30 days of strength (lvl-3), strength protocol(lvl-4) or Boxer prime (lvl-5), if you have dumbbells then spartan trails and iron born are also good.
Additionally you can always include add-on programs to your regular program like power-up, Back& Core etc., I would suggest the power up here as you are interested in strength.
For stretching, you can look at the Flexibility Week, which can give you variety everyday..

Abs and core exercises are generally included with in the program by default, so you need not train for them separately (unless you want to have defined abs or 6-pack like that), in that case may be total-abs as add-on.

But do check your schedules, I would recommend 1 program with 1 add-on, which will consume approximately 45 mins including warm-up and cool-down (or the stretching workout).

unrelated to the question, your name "ncode" is the name of the software-company I use at work.

If you have access to dumbbells, I would also second the choice of Ironborn! If you don't have any dumbbells however, perhaps it would be a good idea to take a look at 30 Days of Gravity instead (which has notably has some flexibility focused days in the rotation). Both of these focus on strength and tone as well as have a few abs focused days. As far as flexibility, you could pair 30 Days of Yoga with one of these programs as well (I'm currently on Day 24 of this program and it not only helps with flexibility, but offers for a nice cool down period).
