    Help needed

    Hey guys! I've been training for a couple of months now, pretty happy with the results in general. But, I'm struggling to get rid of the last layer of body fat...any advice? By the way I'm 5'9". 145 pounds. Thx!

    well, you lose fat due to a calorie deficit, so maybe less calories? but don't not eat. try to eat more nutritionally rich foods. K-Nem, that's my opinion, but Redline is the expert

      A caloric deficit, a good amount of protein, patience and consistency. The last pounds are the hardest!

        More willing to help than actually expert, in this particular domain at least.

        But what you and HellYeah said is absolutely correct. If you manage to reduce your caloric intake while roughly maintaining the same level of physical activity, you will definitely see a difference... but you have to give it a little time.

          Also, there is group for fat loss, The Fat Loss Group, where similar discussion are going on, from which you can be up to date..

            K-Nem ,Use MyFitnessPal app to track your macronutrients,set your calories for 150-200 lower then current and in week or two if there's no changes lower it by 100 more.
            You could also add on some cardio or even better HIIT to help you burn more calories and by that you'll make even bigger caloric deficit if needed.
