    NewBee :D

Hello everyone, I'm Mario from Albania 25 yrs old and i'm a banker (i stay all day at a desk and have no exercise at all) and i just joined this amazing community.

I'm searching for the best way to start losing some weight from 104 kg's that i am, to around 80 kg.

I'm accepting every kind of suggestion.

I have a question about the HIIT workouts lets take for example this one https://darebee.com/100-hiit-workouts.html the first one 'Belly Burner' . I want to know if a set is considered doing every single one of those workouts and after you are done you have a 30sec-2min break?

yes, you are supposed to get all of the workouts on the lists done before the break, all in one go if you can. then a 2:00 Minute break, or the reduced break time if you can.

        Hi welcome
You can start with the Foundation or the Foundation Light program, plus a Challenge or two if you want.
Have you looked at the 100 Office Workout Collection? It seems fun to me.

To answer your question on HIIT, you are right if I understand you correctly. For Belly Burner, you start with 20 sec high knees, go down the list non-stop until you get to "done," take 2 min rest, and then start the sequence again. You want to make sure you can do everything as perfectly as possible after cutting down your rest time if you want.

To lose weight as you may know you need a calories deficit, 15%
            you may see this https://darebee.com/training-plans.html
as you are a beginner with exercise,HIIT may be difficult so you may start with some cardio workouts

True, depending on your level of fitness, you may want to start with basic exercises and basic cardio, and work your way up. have you worked out regularly before, and how much do you know?

You can do those at home, too, like while watching TV.

Well, I'll say just do what other's have told you. don't not eat, and don't workout hungry. you'll lose weight with a calorie deficit, as has already been said. Eat very nutritional dense foods with low calories. working out while hungry can actually have somewhat the opposite affects. I am skinny no matter what I do, and can only put on muscle weight. so I've never had the overweight problem, but I know a bit about it. but I will admit that knowledge is somewhat limited.
