Where Do I Go After the Hero’s Journey?

Hi all. I’m currently on Day 43 of the Hero’s Journey. I love it! But I’m worried about losing momentum after I finish it. Does anyone have any recommendations as to the path I should take once I’ve completed it?

You'll be a hero. Bask in the glory of heroicness!

Spartan Trials is good, and pretty damn hard, especially if you use ankle and wrist weights.

HI Red Foot, if you want to keep on heroing: Age of Pandora is excellent for slaying the occasional monster or questing around in barren lands.
Using a bokken for the swordplay stuff (in part 2) makes it even more fun. Watch the furniture!
        All the best

The thing is, Hero's Journey has a little bit of everything and can really make you ready for anything. So, would you like to keep working on your overall fitness, or would you better like to specialize a bit (with a more strength-oriented program, for example)?

In other words, what are your current goals?

I think I really enjoy being really well rounded. I really enjoyed all of it. One thing I do know is that I want to start incorporating pull ups. When I started the Hero’s Journey, I didn’t have a reliable pull up station, so I did the magic ring instead. Now I do though. I like feeling like a super hero.

Well, in that case, Age of Pandora may be a very good choice indeed.

It doesn't include pull-ups, but you can still do a pull-up challenge on top.
