    I need help choosing program...again!

    So.yesterday was my last day of Ironborn program and I'm looking for another similar program.
    I can't seem to find any that focuses on muscle tone and strength with using dumbbells and pull-up bar.
    I don't even think there is any other program that uses dumbbells or pull-up bar here,If so I suggest to Darebee team to make a new program soon.

    Recommend me some programs for muscle tone and strength ,they don't have to be on Darebee.

    Hello lovethedoggo,

    We actually have several strength programs that use dumbbells and/or pull-up bars. In no particular order:
    - 30 days of strength
    - Spartan Trials
    - Military Fit
    - Military Fit+
    - and 30 days of gravity, which focuses on bodyweight, but includes optional dumbbell work.

    You could also build yourself a custom-made training plan using the many dumbbell-based workouts we have in the resource. Just up the weights as soon as you want to challenge yourself.

        Redline I hadn't stumbled onto the training plan page yet and it's perfect for my first few days adjusting to the gym; thanks.

        EDIT: I'm thinking gladiator for getting into dumbbells with runs on my off days.

          HI lovethedoggo , I used https://exrx.net/ before I got into Darbee. Their stuff is (I think mostly) free and they are more concentrated on weight-training than Darbee. There also is a workout-template that comes in handy when designing your own weight-training workouts
