    Best program...

    Hello Guys!!
I just created an account on this forum, and although I have never tried any of these workouts I am quite active. My big problem is that I have legs with a lot of muscular mass (I play soccer) and my top has almost no muscular mass ... What program do you advise to gain volume and hypertrophy on the top? Thank you Guys!! Sorry for my english!

If you have dumbbells you could take a look at Ironborn :=)

The "strength & tone" programs could be the one for you:
        30 Days of Strength
        https://darebee.com/programs/30-days-of-strength.html
You can do table rows instead pull ups
        30 Days of Gravity
        https://darebee.com/programs/30-days-of-gravity.html
These do not require special equipment, such as dumbbells

Hi Bruno Pinto , there is a filter in the workout-section that lets you get all the upperbody workouts. If you train your legs anyway (by playing soccer), you might pick a couple of workouts targeting your upperbody and rotate through those, instead of going through whole program (you dont get the shiny red badge though). You can also filter these results by diffculty

I get what you mean, I did a lot of programs before trying out individual workouts too. Just wanted to point out the very useful filter. Have a look at the ones Fremen recommended. Spartian Trials is also challenging esp. with wrist and ankle weights (don't forget your armor, when you go to battle). I have not done Military Fit, but had a couple of looks at it. It looks very challenging. If you are bored with one of the three forementioned programs, at level III, then go for it!

I haven't tried the military fit program yet but from what I've read it's very intense, if you're not sure better go to something less challenging
