    What Program Next?

    I've finished the Cardio Blast program and I'm looking for my next one. Not aiming to lose weight really, just want to get stronger, faster and more flexible. I've had a look at various programs but to be honest there's so many I couldn't choose.
    Anyone got an idea of which program I should do next? I'm leaning towards either Age of Pandora or 90 Days of Action, but if there's a better option let me know.

    Hey FirstAgeDragonWolf ,congrats on finishing the Cardio Blast program!
    I could suggest the 30 Days of Strength or 30 Days of Gravity along with the 30 Days of Yoga to I guess take care of the flexible part.

      After Cardio Blast, I find in Cardio Trim the best continuation.

        I've finished Cardio Blast a few days ago, too and I'm now doing 30 Days of Gravity. To me, it seems much easier in comparison (at least for the moment), but I like strength training much more than cardio. And 30 Days of Yoga really does wonders for flexibility!

            When I choose what I plan to do, I always think about what inspires me the most in that moment
            Motivation is essential to have fun training even more, for me obviously, than to follow a sensible and reasoned training plan

              Stronger faster and more flexible? May I suggest Combat HIIT? It's a really good program!

                Combat HIIT does look really good, I will probably do that afterwards.
