    Lower back disk herniation

ok I wanted to see which exercises are safest for a complete full body work out after disk hernia. I know that’s a challenging question but great to hear some views??

I'm sorry to hear that. I have sciatica, I guess any back and core exercises are good. They will help enforcing that area and preventing future complications. Because one of the main reasons is weak back and abdominal muscles. I hope you get better soon.

Check out my thread! I have multiple back and hip issues. Start with Foundation or Foundation Light...make things low impact and listen to your body! Do crunches vs sit ups, incline or knee push ups vs standard push ups, march steps vs high knees, step jacks vs jumping jacks, bounces vs hops, etc....

Miss Molly I’ll check out your thread, still learning how to navigate so hopefully will find it! Thanks again!
