    Get into shape at late 30’s

    Hi, I am 37 male, 5’9 height and weights 72kgs with reasonable belly fat. I want to start a daily work out plan. Please advise a suitable plan for me.

    I'll make it short:
    "The Foundation" (light) plan is always a good place to start with.
    To get rid of your belly fat, make sure you eat healthy, and eat less calories than you burn.

        shankarsnair Welcome to the madness. At age 65 and 35 pounds overweight, I started with the Foundation, which HellYeah suggested. I started with Level I, then 30 Days of HIIT, and now doing the Foundation again at Level II. All you have to do is have the want and make yourself do the exercises.

            Make sure to check your doctor before starting to exercise though.

            Watch out for any pain during any movement. You don't want any kind of injury - it may take months to heal and might send you back to your starting point while you recover.
