      Alright, 2 weeks into it, I lost in total 1,7 kg.

          Ok, a month gone and also 3.4 kg are gone. I'm finishing the foundation program, do you have any suggestion on what I should do as workout or program, I was thinking about a HIIT workout but I'm not sure

            Concerning your next program, I'd say it depends a bit on your fitness level and what you want to achieve. HIIT would be nice, but depending on your fitness it might get a bit hard. No reason to try it, though, you can always switch to something else, if it's overwhelming.
            Cardio Go would be a 2nd level program, and it's low impact. So, if you still have a lot of weight to carry, that might be a good option (do it in front of a TV or with good music, because it can get a bit repetitive!).
            From personal experience, after completing Foundation (and Back and Core, and Total Abs) I found Combat HIIT very doable and fun.
            In the end, pick something that looks fun and interesting, try it out, if some exercises seem hard, substitute them with similar exercises, and if all fails, choose another program. No shame in that. And at one point, you should try building some muscle.
            But for now, have fun, exercise, and keep going towards your goal

              Thank you Nihopaloa. For now with the Foundation program I'm always doing the 2nd level at least, so I think I can push a little harder. I'll look into what you suggested

                Now 5 weeks into this, and I'm kind of stuck in the 3 and 3,5 kg. i'm going to find a couple of workouts and see in the next weeks what my body decides to do ahah

                  Don't give up!
                  Depending on how you planned on losing weight (calories counting?) now might be a good time to calculate your calorie intake again and make necessary adjustments. And don't forget, plateauing is normal, the important part is to keep it up and make the effort of an active lifestyle change. You can only win, so don't stop!
