    Power days "Boxer Prime"

    Today I did day 24 of Boxer Prime workout, which is power based, but it doesn't have scaling... Around 3rd drill, I had to sub push-ups with knee ones, because my hands are not that strong yet... Is this a problem for the program, or not? Would it be better if I did regulars but less reps? Thanks a lot

    That was a good choice. It is mentioned in the programm that you can switch to knee-push-ups. Now you have a reason to repeat the programm some day
