    Upper-body strength challenges

    Give me some good exercises/challenges for upper-body strength. I'm talking about arms, preferably some bicep exercises, maybe some chest/back as well. I have tried to find something good, but i feel like you guys might know some good workout to do every day for my upper body strength.

    The Chest and Arms is harder, I suppose. It's more tricep and chest focus, but, like the instruction says, on even days you can do the renegade row with dumbbells, making it more back and biceps focus.

    Without knowledge of an expert, I can safely assume that a challenge is something you can do every day because of its design. There are a bunch of dumbbell workouts but I am not sure if you can do them every day.

      I forgot to mention, looking for exercises that require no equipment. Is there anything like that? As for the second suggestion, i already did that challenge, along with the Spartan Challenge. Also, it doesn't have to be literally every day, i can do them every 2-3 days.
