    Between exercises how much can I rest? Up to 2 minutes?

      Hi Scorpion
      I think you should rest 20secs after each set, including between exercises.
      Meaning: pull-ups + 20secs + pull-ups + 20secs + pull-ups + 20secs + diamond pull-ups + 20secs + etc

        Scorpion I had up to 2 minutes of rest between exercises

          20 secs between exercises. It sounds hard but it is a level 4 programm. For example day 1:

          Push-up to failure
          20secs
          Push-up to failure
          20secs
          Push-up to failure
          20secs
          diamond push-ups to failure
          .....

            Initially I thought that it was up to 2 minutes but must be 20 sec.
            It doesn' t sound hard... is hard! Last days especially.

              It is actually 2 minutes between exercises (or less if you feel good to go before that).

              This was explicitly mentioned in the 1st version of the program, but was accidentally removed when version 2.0 was released. SimonB , at least, nobody can blame you for slacking!
