    Need suggestions

    Hello everyone!
    I doing c25k three day a week Monday, wed, Friday.
    And between that usually I do rest.
    But I'm thinking to add darebee workouts or challages to lose more fat as i'm on weight loss mission. Please suggest some workout I can do on rest days. R suggest routine for me . And yeah one thing more I'm using app to build capacity to do 100 pushup three times a week

      Hi fadiflova!

      The best way to go about this is to work out every day, even if it's just for a short time.
      That way you'll build the habit of working out every day and you'll end up making up less excuses not to work out in the long run.
      So, I suggest that you start one of the many programs from Darebee instead of separate workouts.

      Also, the most important thing if you're trying to lose weight is to make sure your diet is on point.
      If it's not, no exercise will bring you results.
      It may sound cliché but it's true. You can't outtrain a bad diet.

      That being said, I think your best bet is to follow a strength & tone program such as 30 days of Gravity or 30 days of Strength (or any other that you like).
      Why? Because if you're doing only cardio you might end up losing weight but both from fat and muscle, resulting in a skinny fat physique.
      Incorporating resistance training into your routine will help you keep or even develop muscle while losing fat.

      On top of all this you can still do c25k workouts 3 times a week no problem.
