OmarYussry ... welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.
It is quite difficult to lose weight using just exercise. Much, much, easier to moderate your diet. You would need to climb ~30 flights of stairs to off-set the calories in one - ONE - teaspoon of sugar!
Admittedly, you do enough exercise to lose weight and you will start to look leaner, fitter, lighter. You won't have lost that much, though.
Those ultra-lean hulks from body-building contests? Most - with hardly any fat on them - are "obese" according to the simplified BMI tests.
So ... it isn't exercise you ought to be relying on to lose weight.

    The simple answer? Eat LESS!

Quick start? Cut all sugars from your daily intake. Not even a teaspoon-full in your tea.
Not enough? Cut back on your carbohydrates and fats. Both contain nutritions you need, but often in greater doses than you need.
Finally, when you have lost the weight you wanted gone? Slowly - SLOWLY - add small amounts of fat and fibrous carbs back in to the mix.
If you start to gain weight? Cut back a bit.
If you wish to maintain that low weight, you can never - EVER - go back to eating the way you were "before".

As for the sugar? At first things will taste 'strange', bland. Then things with sugar in them will start to taste strange.
Sugar (honey, high fructose corn syrup, etc) contains nothing you need. Give it a pass.

I don't think I fully understand your question. Is it that you are trying to maintain a higher weight (muscle mass etc) or you are trying to lose weight and keep the weight off?
