    Military Fit

    Hi!

Has anyone been doing Military Fit (either normal or plus) for a while?
It looks interesting and challenging but I want feedback on the results you guys might have.

Lots of bees have done the program, but I'm going to tag noname and Nebulus, partly because they both did it fairly recently, but mostly because I know they're often around and willing to help.

      Thx for the tag Redline.
I did Military Fit Plus a few months ago. It was really challenging. I created my own special sandbag for the program (which was also fun in itself ).
Regarding results i would say that it gives you some nice conditioning and strength results.
You could lookup my Checkin thread and search for the pages where i noted my workouts.
I'm currently writing on my phone so it hard to do the lookup for you atm
      Hope this helps a bit.

        Thanks for the tag Redline.

As Nebulus mentioned, Military Fit is challenging (erm, and fun).
It's a full on-- full body workout program.. that really packs a punch.
I did it mostly on level I and level II, but still, it really makes you work.

As for results-- hard to say, but you'll definitely feel a difference once you get into the program.
        Especially strength wise, IMO.

If you're up for it (..if you're even considering it, I think you are), then go all in. You won't regret it.

        Good luck ruipfsilva97

Thank you Redline Nebulus noname for your replies!

I'm currently following the Ironborn program along with some rope jumping to get the body used to exercising once again.
Next 5 months I'll be trying the Military Fit program (levels I, II and hopefully I can get to III) and see what results I can get.

Might even create a thread with my progress as you suggested!

Raven1s That's exactly what I created it for! Accountability!
If I commit to something publicly it makes it that much easier to commit to it!
I'll try to post weekly updates on that post!
