Hello! I completed Ironborn a while ago and started 30 Days of Gravity. In my exprience the workouts on 30 Days of Gravity take a bit less time than on Ironborn, but that also can depend on how quickly you do them. On most days there are circuit workouts which means you only get to rest after each set and not after each excercise like in Ironborn. So technically that should take less time, but then again it depends on your own personal speed and how much rest you need between sets.

What I want to say is that the exercises on 30 Days of Gravity don't take more than 30 minutes (usually) in my experience. I have some addon programs that I'm doing too and with all of them combined my sessions often don't take more than 45 minutes.

        Hope this helps somehow!

I found that 30 Days of Gravity doesn't take more than 30 minutes personally. The main reason my stuff runs on longer is because I usually tack on add on programs and a running regimen to my workouts - meaning that my stuff often takes around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the day. I can't say much for Avatar Upgrade, but Combat HIIT notably says it takes anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes a day in the description for the program page. By looking at the first few days, this seems to hold true (and it makes sense given that HIIT is focused on endurance for a shorter period of time rather than a longer workout period).

I personally can't recommend Gravity enough, but both Avatar Upgrade and Combat HIIT look really nice as well

Combat HIIT has videos for every day of the program, so you can click on the days and look how long the video at the bottom is (they're for the maximum sets, of course). That'll give you a good reference of how long Combat HIIT is. I completed it at Level 1 and usually finished in under 15 minutes (the videos seem to be around the 20-35 minutes mark)

Combat HIIT doesn't take longer then 35 mins on lvl 3 and since all the workouts are timed, you'll always know how long they are gonna be.

Raven1s I have no idea (I have never done those programs).

I am currently doing Ironborn (still day 5).
How were your results with it?
Worth it or better chose another one?
