    30 Days of Gravity!

Hello! I started doing 30 Days of Gravity about two weeks ago and I have a question. On days, such as 14 and 15, where it's divided into part 1 and part 2, is it possible to do part 1 in the morning and part 2 in the evening or vice versa? Or are you supposed to do them in one session one immediatly after the other (with only some minutes of rest in between)?

Hope I formulated this right thank you in advance!

Hey there! I'm not sure entirely on the intentional design, but when I was doing Gravity about a month ago, I did it all in one workout so I would finish part 1, then take a two minute rest, then do the second part. I'm pretty sure that's the case for most programs that call for several parts of a workout in a day unless the sheet states otherwise, but I imagine if it's a matter of having enough time to finish your workout then it'd probably be okay to split them up.

      Hello decav,
Just like ArtBoyo said, do what works best for you.

A lot of those days have wall-sits to failure for Part 2. If you do them in the evening whereas your first workout was in the morning, it probably means you will last longer. But it will still be beneficial.

You forgot the push-ups to failure... >.>

So I did! How could I forget that?

          Fortunately, the same logic applies.

ArtBoyo Redline I just feel like it fits better into my day if I split it up so I'm probably going to continue doing it like that!Thank you!
