    Ironborn program

    Are you doing the recommended reps per one set ? Or the the recommended 4 reps into for individual sets ?
    Example 1 - Shoulder press 4 sets with set 1/ reps 12, set 2/reps 10, set 3/ reps 10, set 4/reps 8
    Example 2 - Shoulder press 4 sets with rep 12, 10, 10, 8 per set

    I did it the first way- 12 shoulder presses, rest 20 or 30 sec, 10 shoulder presses, rest 20 or 30, 10 shoulder presses, rest 20 or 30, 8 presses, rest 1-2 min and go on to the next exercise.

      Definitely the first way, otherwise it would just say the total sum.
