    1&1 mealplan question

    Good day, boys and girls. Please, explain me the 2 points of 1&1 diet:
    1. When I switch free-pass (FP) and LowCarb (LC) days on my holiday, how should it look:
    a) LC - FP - LC - FP - LC - LC - FP - FP - LC - FP - LC...
    b) LC - FP - LC - FP - LC - LC - FP - LC - FP - LC...?
    2. You say: "no sugar". What about honey? Is it allowed?

    1) Option B
    2) Honey is pretty much pure refined sugar. Good quality honey tastes far better than sugar though, and you often don't need as much of it because it's really sweet; but cheap honey is basically pure sugar without the improvement in taste.
