    Carbon&Dust?? Need some help

After completing several 4 strength at home workouts, I am running a little bit out of options. Hence, shall I go for the Military Fit again (I have already completed it once), or have a shot at the Carbon&Dust (even though it looks too fictitious with all the reading etc.) It would be great to understand what “general fitness” equates to for the Carbon&Dust.
    Looking forward to start tomorrow
    thanks

It's just a suggestion but maybe you could think outside the box and choose a program that inspires you without thinking about the level or purpose, sometimes you need to try something different
For example i'm doing an easier program than the previous ones but I'm doing it with my girlfriend , then I added challenges to do some more training, adding one or more challenges, changing several things

Ah yeah, that’s a good thought - but I am all by myself into this, my wife does other things. I don’t feel comfortable doing anything less than 4 + I do add the daily challenges and other to it all. Thanks for the advice though 😉

I would understand "general fitness" to mean that the program doesn't focus on one aspect, such as cardio or HIIT or strength or combat moves, but combines some or all of those, often with a day focusing on something more specific thrown in more or less frequently - like stretching, tendon strength, balance and coordination, or agility (this depends on the type of program).

How about Avatar Upgrade? If you're looking mostly for strength, that may be the best way to go. Or Boxer Prime or Power Cardio? You could also go for Ironborn. Granted, it's labeled difficulty 3, but it can be scaled up or down significantly by using heavier or lighter dumbbells.

I think Power Cardio would be a good shift. I also think doing another round of Military Fit or Fit Plus (though I think fit plus is easier) is always a solid choice. Love that program.

I'm almost half way though power cardio now and am aiming for Carbon and Dust later in the year. If you got military fit down, I agree with @Blair: either the Fit plus or power cardio is a good choice before hand. Power cardio will get you to the endurance level to do the program and plus fit from what I've seen is going to cover all bases. If you want a little lighter before that, try some themed weeks like dragon, Hell, and boxer to get a trial run
