    Fibromyalgia...

    Hi, this website is awesome and amazing and thank you for such wonderful organization with pictures and instructions. I can print off and make a stack and go through them. However, I have lower back issues, and a titanium big toe fixed. Have energy problems, so I want to start off with the foundation lite and then the foundation and so on and so on. Just diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and I'm fighting it, not going to let it keep me down😄 Any recommendations or warnings for my issues? Anything would be greatly appreciated!

      You have a good plan, adapt it to how you are, listen, go forward but always be kind to your body, so surely you will go far

        Feel free to follow my thread on here as I deal with similar issues. Start with Foundation Light and other Light workouts until you build up tolerance and then progress to Easy, Normal, etc. Most importantly, listen to your body! Rest as much as you need to in between sets regardless of the timer! It's a journey in discovering what works for you. Yoga has been a godsend for me also. You may be interested in the new Yoga program that is released next week. Also, on the yoga topic, I love using the Down Dog Yoga App and especially their restorative yoga routines!
