    Chops Reps

    Hi guys, I'd like to know what is the correct way to count chops reps?

    For example, side to side chop, is it one rep per side (left/right), or one rep after both sides finished (left and right)?
    And for cross chop, is it one rep per slash (i.e top right to bottom left), or one rep after two slashes?

    I could be wrong, but I think the number of reps listed on a workout is usually the total for both arms/legs, so for a workout like Standing Abs, where it says 20 side-to-side chops, you'd do 10 each side.

      This is correct. If not, its mentioned in the workout.
