    50 reps + 30 days of hiit

    Hello everyone I am new here
    I wanted to ask is it ok to do for example: 50 sit ups, 50 lungs, 50 jumping jacks, 50 biceps stretching, 50 push ups, 50 crunches, 50 punches through whole day + in the evening 30 days of hiit every day or is it to much for body?

    I'm no expert, but I don't see why not. It does sound like a demanding schedule. I'm sure if it is too much, your body will let you know & you can adjust.

      I imagine it depends on the person. It would probably be too much for someone new to fitness, not so much for a seasoned veteran.
