    Question about Cardio Trim

    Are the two parts of the training on alot of the days in the Cardio Trim program meant to be done in immediate sucession? Or should i space them out over the day?

      The Darebee team is pretty good about identifying when exercises within a workout should be spaced out. They will say something like β€œtotal throughout the day,” or similar. πŸ˜‰πŸ‘πŸΌ

        AculAlHazred it doesn't say specifically. The fact that it doesn't (for example on day 4 it says split into manageable sets) would suggest to me that you do them one immediately after the other (i.e. complete part 1 then go to part 2).

          I remember reading from another post where a team member says you have the freedom in arranging the 2 parts. You can do part 2 right after part 1, or separately, for example one in the morning and one in the evening, or however long you prefer. I also remember from the program pdf that some of the days have bonus that says doing part 1 and 2 together, so it should make sense that normally you can do the 2 parts separately.
