    90 Days of Action

I know I'm not losing my mind...90 Days of Action was changed from a level 2 to a 3, right? neilarey

Would someone who was losing their mind be aware of it? If they were aware, are they really *losing* their minds?
I ain't been around long but after reviewing 90 Days of Action it seems more like a 2 than a 3. Then again, that's a solid 3 month commitment. That's 1/4 a year. Arguably sticking to it that long is more difficult than what the program asks on the front-end (you can always add optional things onto mandatory program) so I'm pretty neutral on the score.

I've done this program twice. There are some pretty difficult days, especially if you do those days on level 3.

I have not, so I defer to you that it may well have changed.

neilarey - does score criteria shift?

I think so. It was 2 when I did it.
I remembered the last 10 days being pretty tough. I would say it's at the high end of the spectrum of 2 if it wasn't changed to 3.

            Hi!
Yes, 90 Days of Action, as it gets progressively harder, was reclassified as a Level 3 program a while back. I hope this helps

In the program filter, it's still listed as a level 2 program, though

Thank you for asking that question! It's been low-level bothering me for a while. I was positive it was a difficulty II program but then somewhere along the way I noticed it was difficulty III and figured I must have made a mistake - but as I chose it for being a difficulty II program, it seemed a strange mistake to have made.
Respect for doing it twice CODawn ! I just did day 87, which means 3 regular days to go plus 5 skipped ab days to make up for, and I don't see myself committing to something so long-term again soon.

Thanks MissSmilla! I did it the second time because I was working my way back and I know it's a good prep for more difficult programs...at least I hope so!
