So trying to find a pelvic floor/adductor specific workout. Is there one? Thank you.

For pelvic floor muscles, you can do Kegel exercises. Don't know of a specific workout for the adductor muscles.

I used to do horseback riding, English style. Can't vouch for the pelvic floor, but riding sure as hell worked our adductors, especially posting at the trot. You may want a look at the exercises offered for dressage riders, who need even more adductor work than ordinary English style riders; https://dressageridertraining.com/bl...sage-position/ has some good ones.
