30 Days Of Strength Meal Plan

4 meals and a snack (recommended mealplan) seems like a bit too much for the length of the workouts in the program. Im trying to build muscle and tone up in 60 days so I'm gonna do it on intermediate the first round and advanced the second. Does anyone that did this think there is a better meal plan?

Henri I just did 30 days of strength. It was awesome. I gained a lot of strength. I thought it was a really good program. I did not do the meal plan so I can't add anything about it. But have fun with it.

Your meal plan depends on wether you need to be in a caloric deficit, a slight surplus, or maintenance. If you weigh abt what you'd like to weigh, your calories should be about what you will burn (use bmr formula basically anywhere x 1.2 if sedentary, 1.375 if lightly active, etc, look up Harris Bennett formula). If you need to drop a bit, set your calories for 1-2 activity lvs lower then your burn (most ppl are unhappy if they try to eat much below their bmr). Your protein should be kept highish to build muscle, say .8-1.2 g per kg of lean body mass. Modern Hero is more customizable if you need options/think Mass Effect is too much food after you do the math. The Darebee meal plsns all contain such healthy food that you would have to really try to get more cals then you need on them, tho, unless you are rather short/small and don't move from your desk except for darebee.
