    Program or Workout ideas?

    Hello looking for program or Workout ideas to get myself more in shape and more explosive power for ultimate Frisbee. I've always been in shape but this time I'm trying to get to my peak or at least try to reach it. I weigh around 160 and I'm 5' 8". I'm pretty skinny though but I don't look muscular at all so I'm trying to look for tone if possible. If you have any ideas or recommendations for a program or Workout schedule pls let me know thanks in advance.

    You may consider to lift weights,darebee has some workouts and one program for weight lifting

      - 30 days of gravity seems like a great place to start . You do a lot of push ups for this, though.
      - Spartan Trial, which will be even better if you can do pull-ups, but that is optional
      - 30 Days of Strength looks cool as well but you have to do pull-ups for this one, so forget it if you can't
      - Ironborn is a dumbbell program you can look into, too.
      Now I haven't done any of the above. I am just brining them up according to their descriptions.

      Or you can find a general fitness program and add a challenge or two that are strength oriented. Then there's a general fitness program calls Hero's Journey and there are some additional elements (weapon practice) that allow you to focus on a specific aspect of fitness. It's a fun program according to those who have done it.       I am just pointing to different directions but ultimately you have to come up with a plan on your own because everyone's situation is different, not just fitness level, but jobs, schools, life obligations, etc. I am making my plan as well.
