    Exercises for recovery

    My wrist is still a bit unsteady, but I'm trying to find some exercises I could do to help my right arm recover. What would be some good programs or challenges that I could use to fix my arm?

      My issue seems to affect also the lowest part of the deltoid when I test some dumbbell curls, and if I try to do a wrist stretch, I feel some pain in my biceps when it's stretched (about half-way)
