    knee exercises

How often should I do it if I want to do one of the 3 workouts on this page
    https://darebee.com/fitness/how-to-r...ee-injury.html

I hurt my left knee a while ago and I didn't treat it very well. Yesterday I did 100 squats and by the end of the day my left knee hurt a bit, which happened the day before as well after I exercised. It's not the kneecap but the area around it, above, left, and right. I feel like it's more vulnerable and prone to injury now because of the injury before, and I want to strengthen it.

The thing is, I am doing 30 days of Cardio Blast and two challenges (which don't involve the knees.) I am not sure how the knee workouts should fit into the schedule.

Don't want bad knees at all.

I'm not sure how often you should do those exercises. I would suggest you listen to your body and adjust your routine accordingly.

There are here some people with knowledge about the subject, so wait for their advice. But if you want an opinion, and you should have in account that I'm only an user, here's mine.

The link has three WO, one is "strength & tone", and two are stretchings. I think that you can add the 1st one the days you're doing "legs", once per week or every two weeks, ...just for don't do all times the same. About the stretchings, I think you can add them every day you'll want. They both are easy and stretchings are always a good add on into your daily routines.

      ...but let's read experts before!

I'm no expert, but I also have bad knees - dislocated both of them in the past. When I'm being responsible I do the third one - Knee Saver - everyday after my workout as part of my cool down. I don't always do it, but I've never felt like it added too much. As for the others, I haven't been doing those but I would agree with Cabriel's opinion.

Hi kandy I've been pretty inconsistent lately and I can tell that I haven't been doing them! So I would say yes...although its not a "fix" and do need to keep up with it...at least in my case that's what I've found...
