    Squishing sounds?

Last summer I hurt my left leg at work. Eventually it got better and I started doing squats and lunges again. I heard a squishing noise in my knee, but coming from the leg I DIDN’T hurt. I started working out again a couple months ago, and I hear that both knees are making the squishing noise now. And recently I heard it in my right shoulder blade.
I found some articles and videos online saying that it’s normal, unless there is pain.
I don’t feel pain, I don’t think.. but I might be imagining that I’m feeling pressure or resistance.. because the noise makes me cringe and I try to move in a way to reduce the sound.. I’m fearing my bones are wearing down my cartilage.. I don’t know if that’s actually happening or not.

Anybody have experience and thoughts on this?

Actually it might be more than the knees and shoulder.. just did my torso twists, I can hear it in my neck too

well, I don't know, I have never heard somebody'a joints do it, it seems that it is probably your joints, not the bones, could it be that when you crack your joints it makes a weird sound?
