I am looking for a challenge and am wondering your guys thoughts on what the most brutal, difficult workout on the site? I have tried Merc and liked it a lot.

It gonna be different for different people. For me, the Superhero series is pretty crazy. Actually most of the themed weeks are damn hard...

The PT Pyramid and Navy Seal are just insane, too.

But it's just me. I would also tag difficulty 5 HIIT workouts as the hardest. You can check them out using the workout filter.

I like the 30-day Challenge, doing 100 of each exercise, but in one go, not over a month.

        Try that.

I'm not sure what means here "Hardest Darebee Workout", ...anyway, the database give us 71 WO at level 5, but it obvious that each one will be more hard for different people. Have a look and choose.

Here have you one demanding. It's old and it's already out of the database, so I don't upload the image, but you can look it for as "300 workout darebee". They are a total of 300 repetitions of six different exercises.

They are not exactly workouts, but a possibility would be the old challenges that used to be proposed every a few weeks. The search engine can help you. Just write "Challenge [Official]", have a look, and feel free to test them!! (The "plankathlone" was one I found funny.)

Now, lets talk about challenges. You know there are dozens of them in the tab "challenges", made to perform along 30 consecutive days. Wanna something challenging? Once again, here are one now not-official, the ""Bruce Lee 30 days challenge". You can find easily the image helped by your favourite browser. Try it, and you'll guess why it is out.

Finally "Conquer-20", a different challenge. You can try to perform all 20 in one back other.

David Shea ... the hardest Workout/Program/Challenge is the one you are least prepared for.
I'd suggest Power Cardio, with a side of Military Fit Plus, and maybe a monthly Challenge.
The problem you are facing is that you are asking the wrong question of the right program.
"the most brutal, difficult workout on the site" is only something to beat. We are about doing good, not competing with 'the system'.

You could try doing any workout without the resting...just keep going through until all ten rounds are done...that would kill me.

I just did today's WotD - the Upperbody Mobility Workout. Except I added barbells.
It's a short, easy, workout without the 'bells. With? Not so easy. I used my 8-pounders, but ... I admit to being a wimp.

The hardest workout is one that contains exercises you can't do yet. Plenty of those in Level Five. One arm pushups? Pistol Squats? Try some of the Prep workouts for something you can't yet accomplish.

Or perhaps you're good with strength, but not cardio or you have killer abs, but legs are not as strong. Pick a level five workout that plays to your weakness.

I’ve been here for over 5 years so far.
I can recommend you the hardest one among all workouts around here.

Why don’t you try the Bruce lee tribute workout in the Fighter’s Codex program? Of course you have to do it with level 3.

Once you finish it, you may feel like you are Bruce Lee

The hardest workout the resource has to offer, in my humble opinion, is this one:

One of the very few Darebee workouts I can't even do at level 1. Truth to be told, I can't even complete a single set. 40 burpees in a row are challenging enough - after 40 jumping lunges, they're completely out of the question.

(But of course, that's only me. Some other people will have different strengths and weaknesses and will think there are more challenging workouts out there... and that's fine. )
