    Hi Haladeen, you didnt mentioned the magic word RUN. Why dont you mix your above mentioned daily routine with 2 runs per week? 20/25 min. of run, even at a slow pace could be useful to reach your target.

      2 per week sounds great, espacially knowing that I want to have a better stamina for Hockey.
